Collegiate Church of S. Pietro & Paterniano |
The building established in the XIV century was renovated in 1563 by Bartolomeo Genga.
The dedication of the church to Saint Pietro and Saint Paterniano goes back to 1444 and results from the unification of two parishes far away from one another, while it was elevated to Collegiate Church in 1741, when it became necessary to enlarge the church because it became the most important of the area. Inside the church there are various important artworks such as: The Guardian Angel of Bottani dated XVIII |
